I bought lifetime access on campzero.app. How do I get it?
Open Camp Zero, tap I already have an account and sign in with the email you paid with. We email you a one-time code to enter. Your lifetime access is already on that account. There is no license key or code from the purchase to type in.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, go to You › Account and tap Restore purchases. It brings back a subscription bought with your Apple ID, for example on a new iPhone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel them on your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions, then Camp Zero. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
It depends on where you paid. Refunds explains both: App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, and lifetime access bought on campzero.app is refunded by us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You › Account › Delete account. Your account and the climb saved to it are deleted from our server at once. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in Settings first.

Camp Zero is not medical advice. If quitting nicotine is affecting your health or your mood, talk to a doctor.
