These terms apply when you use the Camp Zero app for iPhone or buy founding access or a yearly or monthly plan on campzero.app. Camp Zero is made by Jaka Smid, Martina Krpana ulica 24, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("we", "us"). Questions: jaka.smid@gmail.com.
1. What Camp Zero is
Camp Zero helps you quit nicotine pouches. It counts the time since your last pouch, shows your progress as a climb and gives you tools for cravings. It is a motivation tool, not medical advice and not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist about nicotine withdrawal, nicotine replacement or any health concern, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and old enough to buy nicotine products where you live.
3. Your account
You can use Camp Zero without an account. If you sign in, you do so with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox, because it is how you get into your account. An account is for one person.
4. Subscriptions in the app
- Camp Zero Premium is offered as a yearly or a monthly auto-renewable subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings, under your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple (see Refunds).
The app is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. Apple is not responsible for Camp Zero or for supporting it.
5. Founding access
Founding access is a one-time payment on campzero.app, sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (its terms apply to the payment). It unlocks Camp Zero's paid features for as long as we offer the app, for the account that uses the email address you bought with. It is personal and can't be transferred or resold. See Refunds for the refund promise.
6. Yearly and monthly plans on campzero.app
- The yearly and monthly plans on campzero.app are auto-renewing subscriptions, sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (its terms apply to the payment). The price is shown before you pay.
- A plan unlocks Camp Zero's paid features for the account that uses the email address you bought with, for as long as the plan runs.
- It renews automatically at the end of each year or month and is charged to the card or account you paid with, until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime with the link in your receipt email, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Only the first payment of a plan can be refunded, within 30 days of paying it. Renewals are not refunded, so cancel before the next renewal if you don't want it (see Refunds).
7. Your data and what you write
What you enter in Camp Zero, such as your reasons, stays yours. You let us store it and show it back to you so the app can work. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Fair use
Don't misuse Camp Zero: don't try to break into accounts or our servers, overload them, copy or resell the app, or use it to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.
9. Changes to the app
Camp Zero will keep changing: features are added, changed and sometimes removed. If we ever stop offering the app, we'll tell you ahead of time.
10. Liability
We work hard to keep Camp Zero accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
12. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
